Q: How do we accept a booking ?

A: All bookings are usually made online via our online booking facility on this website or if you prefer you may call us on 0118 966 6161. Alternative option is to Email us on

Q: How do we pay for a booking ?

A: We accept cash at the end of the journey or you may pay by debit/credit card. A 10% surcharge is applied for debit/credit card bookings.

Q: Where do I meet the driver at the Airport ?

A: Our drivers will call customers to arrange a convenient pick up point inside the terminal. Drivers may also be holding a sign with the customers name printed.

Q: I would like to cancel my booking ?

A: If you wish to cancel your booking, please provide a minimum of 4 hours notice for Airport transfers or a minimum of 30 minutes. If you do not cancel bookings on time, the full fare of the journey shall be due.

Q: My flight is delayed, what happens ?

A: Carsways monitor flights, if your flight is delayed or arrives earlier, we will adjust the time of pick up accordingly.

Q: No Show ?

A: If a customer does not appear for a booking, the full cost of the journey shall be due including car parking charges at airports.

Q: Use of Car Seats ?

A: If you require a car seat, please state this at the time of booking. You may provide your own car seats if you wish.

Q: No Smoking Policy ?

A: A no smoking policy applies in all vehicles.
